Innovation at ACA: Preparing Students for the Future
At Adventist Christian Academy, we are intentional about equipping our students with the skills they need to think critically, solve problems creatively, and make a meaningful impact on the world. Through our partnership with Robert Henley, Director of Innovus, we have embedded innovation into our curriculum from VPK through high school, ensuring that every student experiences hands-on, real-world learning opportunities that foster curiosity, resilience, and empathy.
Our innovation framework aligns with design thinking, emphasizing the importance of empathy—understanding the 'why' behind a problem before creating a solution. Whether our youngest learners are exploring imaginative play or our high school students are developing prototypes to address real-world challenges, innovation at ACA is more than just a subject—it’s a mindset.
